Washington D.C. native Wayne A. Waller has made a career out of doing what he

loves: working in the gospel music industry. Whether broadcasting on air, hosting live events, appearing as a panelist or one-on-one consulting, Wayne follows his heart.

During a 4-year span, Wayne worked for the D.C.-based WPGC-AM Heaven 1580

While employedat WPGC, Wayne also worked as a regional representative for the ND Company and the Church Howse Music label both under the leadership of gospel industry guru Neily Dickerson.

In October 2004, Wayne stepped out on his own in the marketing field and launched The B Factor Talent Agency,

“I’m passionate about my work, but not just that of gospel music promotions. It’s so much more… I’m passionate about the deeper aspect of creating a balance of ministry and business done in the church counterculture – THE MARKETPLACE. I’m blessed to be able to do what I love while walking out my faith in the marketplace,” Waller further explains.

A resident of Washington, DC Wayne and his wife Barbara are actively involved in their community. The Waller’s are members of Kingdom Worship Center in Towson, Maryland.
